The Jericho Road Show, Steve Gardner-guitar,vocal,harp; Bill Benfield-mandolin; Hisa Nakase-bass; shared the Tokyo Odaiba stage with the Moonshots and Jet Edwards at the 2010 State Department sponsored study in the USA educational promotion event.

The America Expo 2010 also introduced American culture, Music, travel as well as educational opportunities for Japanese students to study abroad.

On behalf of the U.S. Embassy, I want to thank you for supporting the America Expo 2010 with your outstanding performance yesterday. We had almost 3,000 people attend the event throughout the day and, like me, I am sure they were extremely impressed with your music and artistry. It’s not every day that one can hear southern blues in Tokyo, and I sincerely appreciate you taking time to share a unique slice of America with the audience.
