The JERICHO ROAD SHOW is Mississippi Bluesman Steve Gardner, from near Pocahontas, Mississippi and Bill Steber of the Jake Leg Stompers from Grinders Switch, Tennessee.
The Jericho Road show play original, acoustic roots and country blues music, finger picking and slide on National Reso-phonic guitars, with harmonica, banjo ukelele, washboard and saw. You know, ACOUSTIC STUFF!
Steve Gardner and Bill Steber divide their time between conducting American Roots’n Blues Music workshops, recording, playing and touring in Japan, Europe and the USA with the JERICHO ROAD SHOW.
The JERICHO ROAD SHOW’s most current CD, "WOOLY BULLY EXPRESS" (2010 Hoodoo/Blues Cat Records) their fifth release, is the follow up to "WALKIN' THE DOG", chosen as one of the top ten best ROOTS'N BLUES CDs of 2009 by New Orleans Community Public Radio station, WWOZ.
The JERICHO ROAD SHOW will be joined on Upright Bass by Cody Ruth, from Greenville, Mississippi on some shows from mid-August.
